The property sleeps 20 guests and offers everything you want for your memorable beach vacation. Seabatical offers 7 bedrooms, 6 Full bathrooms, a Powder Room, and enough room for everyone to spread out in its three separate living spaces. Featuring 4 King bedrooms, of which 3 are ensuite, this vacation home is ideal for large families or even multiple families to share together with off-street parking for five vehicles and a 4-stop elevator. The first floor features a Master King Bedroom ensuite as well as a King Bedroom/bunk room/bathroom pod that is ideal for a young family. In the back of the first floor is a large laundry area/kitchenette, a powder-room with indoor and outdoor access and a Family Room. The Family Room opens up to the back yard living space, which includes a deck for dining or lounging by the fireplace, a covered cabana area with grill, a heated inground pool with a sundeck and spa and plenty of space to relax, slow down and catch some vitamin D. Seabatical s second floor greets you with a spacious open concept area with a living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen. There are plenty of seats for everyone to be together. The expansive Kitchen Island seats 7 and the dining table can accommodate 12. There is plenty of storage in the walk-in pantry. You can cook a feast in the gourmet kitchen featuring Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, relax and enjoy takeout, entertain guests or enjoy a meal on the screened in front porch. This floor also has a full bathroom and adult game room that opens to the second-floor deck overlooking the pool. Also, this floor features a Master King Bedroom ensuite that opens to the back deck. The 3rd Floor offers an additional bunk room that opens to a star gazing deck. Adjacent you will find a bedroom with two double beds and a shared bath. Also, on this floor is the third Master King Bedroom ensuite. Rounding out the third floor is also a second washer and dryer. The house comes with all the amenities you would expect! Seabatical features a coffee bar, smoothie blender, a juicer, grill, wine refrigerators as well as TVs in every room. It also includes a linen service, so you won t have to worry about packing all of your sheets, however, please note you will need to bring your Towels. (OFF SEASON STARTING OCTOBER, BED LINENS NOT INCLUDED). Beach tags, beach chairs, bikes and kayaks are also available for your pleasure. The location is ideal for all, situated in walking distance to Icona and Windrift bars and restaurants, MACK's pizza, Bud's Market, and Stone Harbor's recreational area for all ages with basketball courts, tennis and pickleball courts, fields and a playground.
