The third floor has a master bedroom and an extra bedroom along with 2 baths one is the Master Bath . Master closet is not for tenant use . There is a full dresser & full armoire in the master - a 2nd armoire in the 3rd floor hallway & a closet in the kid 3rd floor bedroom. Incomparable Ocean Views from all of the spacious decks on the second and third floor. A beautiful pool for your enjoyment . Conveniently located to dining, shopping and recreation. "Please take note that the fridge in the garage area is not for tenant use . Elevator is not for tenant use . There is a maximum occupancy of 15 people .
