Second floor has a great room with a fire place, kitchen and dining area all offering panoramic views of the ocean along with bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, plus an extra laundry area. The third floor has a master bedroom and an extra bedroom along with 2 baths one is the Master Bath . Master closet is not for tenant use . There is a full dresser & full armoire in the master - a 2nd armoire in the 3rd floor hallway & a closet in the kid 3rd floor bedroom. Incomparable Ocean Views from all of the spacious decks on the second and third floor. A beautiful pool for your enjoyment . Conveniently located to dining, shopping and recreation. "Please take note that the fridge in the garage area is not for tenant use . Elevator is not for tenant use . There is a maximum occupancy of 15 people . No pets are permitted on the premises . $500 fee upon departure for every owner drawer or closet broken into . .
