The 2nd floor offers a beautiful Great room with access to partially covered deck and a view of the bay. Also on this floor you will find a pantry, powder room and a Jr. Suite with a King bed. The 3rd floor offers 2 Suites: 1 bedroom located on the rear side of the house offers a Queen bed and a private deck. Master Suite is located on the street side and has a King bed and private deck. There s a bay view from the Master Bedroom and the sun deck off the bedroom! Just a block away is the Public Dock on the bay, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim, fish or crab!! And due to the location of the Public Dock at the end of this street, there is nothing to block the view, so you can enjoy fantastic bay views & enjoy the ambiance as boats, paddle boarders, etc., pass-by! Please note that this is a Friday to Friday rental and check in time is 1:00pm and check out time is 10:00am.
