Great Summer Rental Property! Owner allows "Soft Check-in."  Incoming tenants may access the backyard, garage, and POOL (if ready) at NOON. (No access to the house prior to official check-in at 2pm.) This allows you to put some food in the garage frig, change for the beach, and get an early start to your vacation. Pool remains open until 10/8. Great property. Book with confidence.  Spacious Single family Avalon home, East of Dune Dr, with a heated pool and hot tub at a great price!!! Upside-down design with two bedrooms upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs, with a first-floor family room. First floor bedroom #1 has a king bed and single bed, no TV. First floor bedroom #2 has a king bed, TV. First Floor also has a family room with sofa-bed, TV. Second floor master bedroom suite has king bed, TV. Second floor bedroom #2 has queen bed and (twin) bunk beds. For added peace of mind, the pool cannot be accessed directly from the house, (outside gated access only). Propane grill and WiFi also provided for your enjoyment. Any bikes and beach gear in the garage are for tenants use.
