The second floor you will find a spacious Great Room that has unbelievable views. You can access the wrap around deck from this floor and enjoy eating or grilling on the deck as you watch the action on the bay! There are 2 bedrooms - 1st bedroom offers a Queen bed and the other bedroom is the Master bedroom;/bathroom offering a King bed & flat screen TV on the wall! Also there is a hall bathroom. This bay front property comes with 1 boat slip that can accommodate a 21ft boat. The ocean is just five minutes from your dock going under the Townsend Inlet Bridge. After a day on the bay & less than a five minute drive brings you in the center of Avalon to enjoy a game of mini golf or a great family meal. If beaching for the day is on your agenda that same 5 minute drive finds you at Avalon s popular 30th street beach where you have the convenience of restrooms, playground and fun family eateries.
