(The garage has an extra refrigerator.) The second floor has a living room with flat screen TV. Dining room with slider to second floor deck. There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor all with Queen beds and two of those bedrooms have a private bath. There is a hallway bath for guests and the other two bedrooms. The third floor has a mini kitchen with a two burner stove, microwave, mini fridge and table to seat 4. The spacious master bedroom has a Queen size bed with large flat screen TV, deck, walk in closet, stackable washer & dryer, and private office space. The master bath has a jacuzzi. The 8th bedroom can also be used as a sitting room has it s own private bath with deck and electric blow up Queen size sofa bed (10"). Elevator service from ground level to all three floors makes carrying luggage and groceries a thing of the past. The pool with spacious surrounding patio space and cabana bar are perfect for afternoon and evening barbecues or just a nice alternative to the beach. Powder room built on the northeast side of the property specifically for convenience of use when outside using the swimming pool area! |
