It will close 09/30. -There is no access to the first floor of the home, it is locked off as storage. This home and its amenities are private to this listing only. NO shared pool. - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own.
