The 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds total). The third Bedroom is located on the right rear corner of the home and it offers two single beds and his & hers closets. The Laundry Room features a deep sink and a door providing convenient access to the right side of the property. The Second Floor offers a second large Living Area with a cathedral ceiling and hardwood flooring, another Dining Area, and a Kitchenette (shown on the photos; there’s a sink, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven - no range/regular oven)…there’s a nice bay view from this entire area, and of course from the street-side deck! In the rear of the home, you’ll find yet another large bay view deck, which is accessed from a sliding door off the rear portion of the Living Area, and also from the large private Bedroom/Bath Suite, which spans the width of the rear of the house. The Bedroom has a cathedral ceiling and a second (full-size) washer/dryer in its private oversized Bathroom. On the 2nd Floor, left side of the home, there are two Bedrooms and one Bathroom. The Third Floor features a Master Suite and Den.
