All just minutes from Avalon’s iconic beaches, shops, and restaurants.
Inside, crisp white interiors meet collected textures and cheerful accents — think rattan, linen, and bright vintage finds. The renovated bathroom features classic subway tile, while the layout flows easily for gatherings, family time, or quiet mornings by the water.
Sleeping Arrangements & Layout:
• Primary Suite – Spacious retreat with sliding doors leading to a private backyard oasis with lawn furniture for outdoor relaxation.
• Second Bedroom – Secondary suite with a queen bed.
• Third Bedroom (Pass-Through): Twin bedroom adjacent to the primary suite; enclosed from the primary suite side and open on the laundry room side. The laundry room itself has a door that closes off to the main hallway, so when the hallway door is closed, the twin bedroom and laundry room form a private, separated area.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Daybed with trundle located in the laundry room (not counted as a bedroom). The laundry room has a door that closes to the main hallway and an open doorframe leading to the pass-through bedroom.
