The owner also provides lots of storage in the ground level outdoor closet for your beach gear or bikes. It is a short walk to the beach access on 35TH street, the business district, the boardwalk on 32ND street, the library and recreational places. Property has YOUTUBE TV (no cable). Queen bedroom has a twin cot in the closet for additional sleeping. Boatslip is not available for renter use. Owners boat is docked in the slip, However, dock can be utilized to launch kayaks, paddle boards, sunbathe or fish. |
