Beautiful Single family home offering 6 bedrooms 5.2 bathrooms, sleeps 16, 4 decks and a heated pool is ready and waiting for your summer enjoyment! This beautiful home wont disappoint. This house has a gorgeous kitchen with a large island, high end appliances and two dishwashers to accommodate large groups. Large dinging area plus seating for 6 at the island. The open concept and high ceilings will allow for plenty of light and plenty of space for the whole crowd to be together. There are front and back decks on both levels of the house with a grill located by the pool. The master bedroom, with a California King bed and bathroom are located on the 2nd floor and have a door to the upstairs back deck. Also on the 2nd floor, is bedroom #2 with a queen bed and en suite. The first floor has four bedrooms. The junior suite has a king bed and en suite with doors to the front deck. The bunk room has 2 sets of built in bunks (twin/twin) with a twin trundle; it shares the hall bath with tub with yellow bedroom #5 with two twins and a twin trundle bed. Bedroom #6 has a queen bed and en suite. There is also a family room with a sectional and a wet bar with beverage center, and a powder room with access for both pool and family room. Outside there is a pool for post beach fun, and a cabana with full-size refrigerator and out TV and storage, an outdoor shower and large yard with ping pong table. There are beach chairs and an umbrella as well as beach bikes to explore the area. Stone Harbor has beautiful beaches, nice walking/ biking areas, recreation areas including basketball, tennis and playgrounds all within walking distance. The downtown has lots of great restaurants and bars, shopping and of course plenty of treat options - fudge, crepes, and of course Springer s ice cream. This owner will also consider weekend rental during the OFF SEASON!
