You can fish, swim, watch the gorgeous sunsets and/or jump onto your watercraft (or have your friend pick you up) at the Public Dock at 8th Street & the bay. And just right across the Street, you’ll find the Avalon Sport Fishing Center, which features: charter fishing boats, the Miss Avalon boat (for fishing & sunset cruises), fishing tackle, kayak rentals, coffee & snacks and some of the best sandwiches on the Island at Moran’s Dockside - it’s a beautiful setting to have your morning coffee, lunch or even bring your dinner, sit on the deck. Of course, Avalon’s Business District is just 6 blocks away, and it’s only 4 blocks to the beach. The property has off-street parking for 2 vehicles. The owner provides a bunch of extras!
