The first floor includes two well-appointed bedrooms, a full hall bath, and a flexible bedroom/den with direct access to a bayfront deck—an ideal spot to relax and take in the views. The entire second floor is dedicated to living and entertaining, highlighted by a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, and a striking double-thick quartzite island perfect for gathering. This level also includes a powder room, laundry room, and sliding doors that open to a spacious bayfront deck with a custom spiral staircase leading to the ground level. The third floor is a private retreat, featuring a junior primary ensuite and a true primary suite, both with king beds. The primary suite also offers its own private deck overlooking the bay—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Waterfront Notes: This is a bayfront property; however, no boat slip is available. Tenants are welcome to enjoy dock access for launching personal kayaks or SUP paddleboards, fishing, swimming, and relaxing by the water. The owner provides 4 fishing poles, 2 crab traps, 1 kayak, 2 Stand Up Paddleboards, and a float mat for your responsible enjoyment. Use of the boat lift and jet skis is strictly prohibited. A swim ladder is provided. All swimming and water activities are at your own risk. Additional Amenities & Parking: Parking is available for up to two vehicles in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking.
