**New Pictures Coming March/April 2026** -Bayfront with a pool having 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths that sleeps 10. The first floor hosts the living, dining, kitchen, powder room and laundry room area. Living area will have 75" TV above the fireplace and sofa bed (King size). The second floor has primary bedroom with King bed and private bathroom, second bedroom with queen bed and private bath, third bedroom with queen and fourth bedroom having 2 twins with the third and fourth bedrooms sharing use of the hall bathroom. All bedrooms will have smart TVS that are streaming capable for you to log into your own account. The primary bedroom has cable along with the living room. The pool area overlooks the bay with BBQ grill. The rooftop deck offers great bay views. There is a covered parking spot and storage area to store beach gear and items. 2 boatslips available. The rendering photos depicted are of the living room to be updated and the upper deck that will be updated with new photos in March/April. . More details until the photos are taken are: Rooftop Deck will have Polywood Elevate Sectional on the rooftop deck, as well as a 120 inch table with 10 chairs. There will be one storage box for the chair cushions. The living room is having a second sofa added with a King-size Bed. There will be a carpet added. There will be a long Ottoman added.
