The 1st floor has a family room with access to a deck overlooking the bay by way of the sliding door. The family room also offers a wet bar and mini refrigerator, flat screen TV and a DVD player for your convenience. Down the hallway we offer 2 guest bedrooms 1 offering 2 single beds and 1 with a single bed and a bunk bed that is twin over full and a hall guest bathroom with a tub. When you get to the 2nd floor you walk into an open living room dining area with an excellent view of the bay & wetlands area. Walk out onto the bayside deck. Also on the 2nd floor is a fully equipped kitchen area, a powder room and a guest bedroom offering a King size bed and a private bathroom. Moving up to the top floor you will have a loft area overlooking the living space and peak of the bay. This area offers a computer desk and sitting area for some private space. The master bedroom shares that balance of this level featuring a king size bed and a private bath with a shower and large soaking tub. In addition to all of these features the property will allow you access of the bay with the 2 boat slips provided for your use.
