There is ample water at the dock at high tide, but not at low tide. There is a cool bar space on the first floor along with a full bathroom behind the garage. Additional rules and notices: Tenants are not allowed to park vehicles in the garages. The wine chiller and stand-alone ice maker in the Butler s pantry do not work.
